Service Description

HirePilot provides AI-powered resume analysis, ATS matching, and resume rewriting tools. Our free tier includes unlimited health checks. Paid features require a one-time Job Search Pass purchase for 60 days of access.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you upload. You must not upload resumes containing malicious content, copyrighted material you do not own, or false or misleading information.

Payments and Refunds

The Job Search Pass is a one-time payment for 60 days of access. All purchases are final. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us through our Contact page for assistance.

Limitation of Liability

HirePilot provides analysis and suggestions based on AI models. We do not guarantee job interviews, offers, or specific outcomes. Our service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
